Role Overview:

As Senior Manager – Content Marketing, you will be the strategic and operational lead for all content initiatives at Wisemonk. You will develop, execute, and optimize a content marketing strategy that establishes Wisemonk as a thought leader in global workforce solutions, drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports customer engagement across multiple channels. This is a high-impact role for a creative and analytical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a robust content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
Define and track key content metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion) using analytics tools.
Conduct content audits and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve content strategy and execution.
Champion content marketing best practices across the organization.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, leadership, and external writers to deliver authoritative and insightful content.
Lead the creation, editing, and curation of high-quality content that addresses customer pain points, showcases Wisemonk's expertise, and differentiates us in the market.
Identify new content formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on content marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment is required
Proven ability to develop and execute successful content marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes in SaaS or technology sectors.
Experience managing teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
