Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
Document application configurations and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience with workflow design and automation within ServiceNow platforms.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow customization such as JavaScript.
Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
