Key job responsibilities

Responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment of MBA students and early career talent from attraction to onboarding.
Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results
Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build Amazon brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
Assist the campus team in internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
Design and implement projects within team to improve candidate experience on and off campus
Manage a group of businesses and relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities

Basic Qualifications

Master's degree
2 years experience in MBA Campus Recruitment
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Strong interpersonal skills which would translate into effective relationship building across campuses

Preferred Qualifications

Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
Ability to drive various branding and engagement activities across campuses in India
Strong HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
Proven ability to use data to influence decisions
