We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sales Executive for the Municipal Sector specializing in Water Chemistry, WTP (Water Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) solutions. The candidate will be responsible for business development, tender participation, and project sales within municipal corporations, government bodies, and related institutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop business opportunities in Municipal Corporations, Government Departments, and Water Authorities.
Promote and sell WTP & STP & Water treatment solutions.
Knowledge of tender documentation, bidding process
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and municipal officials.
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
Provide after-sales support and coordinate with service teams.
Track competitor activities and market trends.

Skills/Experience

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
MBA in Sales /Marketing

Experience

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in industrial sales (Water Treatment preferred).
Experience in water treatment sales for Municipal Sector.
Familiarity with government procurement systems.
Existing network in municipal or water department sector will be an added advantage.

Technical & Professional Skills

Good knowledge of Water Chemistry, WTP & STP processes.
Understanding of municipal tender procedures.
Ability to travel for site visits and client meetings.
