Job Title – Senior AR Analyst

About The Role

Financial Analyst will be closely cooperating with Warsaw BSO and their Accounts Receivables and Lease Administration teams in Warsaw, Poland. Person on this position will be responsible for operations in area of cash allocation, periodic invoicing, and credit control for CBRE clients, ensuring delivery of accuracy and timeliness at desired level.

What You'll Do

Daily cash allocation
Monthly reconciliation of ending balances
Periodic Invoicing
Invoice delivery
Credit Control - Reminders
Support for ad hoc invoicing if required
Ad hoc support to bank statement management
Refund Process
Prepare & Submission of Aging Reports
Subledger Clearing
Cooperation with other departments and team members
Preparation and update of internal procedures and manuals
Other duties assigned by supervisor and line manager.
Ability to work under pressure and in a highly changeable working environment
Ability and desire to work well individually in a team environment
The ability to communicate well with professionals at all levels

What You'll Need

Has proven experience in Finance/Accounting for min. 5-7 years
Has previous experience in OTC area, including billing activities cash application and reconciliation
Has general understanding of accounting process in the company
is fluent in English
Has practical knowledge of MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel)
Has analytical skills
Is customer-oriented and has strong communication skills
Is a team player
SAP/Oracle ERP knowledge
Yardi ERP knowledge would be added advantage
