Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Inbound/Outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
Meet individual and team performance targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Undergraduates can apply (depending on company requirements).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, BPO, call center, or related roles.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Conditions

Location: Mumbai
Shift: Rotational shifts
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational week off
