We are looking for a hard-working, experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee SEO and content strategy across our client base. As a senior-level SEO manager, you will leverage your expertise to lead a small, close-knit marketing team—collaborating across disciplines to conduct in-depth market research and develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies that maximize client growth.

Since SEO content is the foundation of our business's marketing deliverables, you'll be responsible for writing high quality blog posts, articles, and case studies for a wide range of niches, including forex, proprietary trading, wealth management, hospitality, music therapy, pain management, finance, construction, food and restaurants, and more. You'll also have the opportunity to write on a number of topics including bonds, commodities, cryptocurrencies, stock CFDs, ETFs, forex, indices, and options.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you'll leverage your expertise to ensure articles are user-friendly and up-to-date with the latest SEO guidelines. You will also conduct in-depth market and brand research to recommend keywords and drive content strategies using Google Analytics. Importantly, we write content using research only, and we have a strict policy against using AI for content writing. In this role, you will be required to research, evaluate, and analyze complex information on your own, without the use of any AI tools.

We service high-traffic financial websites, e-commerce retailers, media companies, digital agencies, startups, small businesses, as well as government agencies and enterprise clients. HOURS: 8:30 AM EST to 5 PM EST (6 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST)

SALARY: 6 to 10 LPA

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent English writing, grammar, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, English, Finance, or other relevant field
5+ years of experience as an SEO specialist, content writer, content manager, or equivalent marketing role
Proven track record of developing successful content marketing strategies up-to-date with SEO trends
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, mentor, and collaborate with content team members
Experience working as a content writer or in a senior-level position at a fast-paced marketing business
Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
Positive, can-do attitude for teamwork and service
Strong attention to detail, writing, and editing
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strong, data-driven decisions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Write 1-2 blog posts daily leveraging Perfect Clicks's content writing process
Develop, manage, and execute successful SEO strategies that increase growth and improve client visibility on Google
Edit content to meet client quality, accuracy, and branding standards
Train, manage, and lead content team members to create high-quality articles up to client branding standards
Execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email blasts, case studies, and ads
Schedule and publish content on client websites
Manage content editorial calendar to ensure timely content delivery across client platforms
Research news headlines for timely and accurate SEO articles
Conduct SEO keyword research and analysis for client sites
Produce reports detailing SEO traffic, growth, KPIs, and ROI
Leverage consumer insights, market data, and competitor activities to optimize SEO, social, and development strategies
Stay up-to-date with latest SEO content best practices and trends to maintain client traffic
