Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles
Source and review resumes
Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools

2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification
Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles
Source and review resumes
Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools
Match qualified candidates to open requisitions
3 Candidate Intake and Screening
Manage candidate applications and expressions of interest through electronic phone or paper channels
Pre qualify candidates and develop screening lists
Invite suitable candidates to apply for relevant opportunities
4 Automated Candidate Screening
Coordinate IVR based candidate assessments
Review and evaluate candidate responses against defined criteria
Share qualified candidates with Staples representatives for further consideration
5 Recruitment Administration and Analytics
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data
Provide recruitment administration and reporting support
Support recruitment analytics for in scope processes
