About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional SDR role.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial salesperson who can take ownership of the commercial side of the business.

You will work directly with the founder and technical team to identify prospects, start conversations, qualify opportunities, run commercial discussions and ultimately close consulting engagements.

The ideal person understands how to sell technical consulting and professional services, rather than simply generating large lists of leads.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in the NetSuite, ERP, integration, SaaS, IT consulting or technology services ecosystem and wants meaningful upside from helping build a company at an early stage.

What You Will Own

Develop and execute Syntara's outbound sales strategy
Identify and target ideal customers in the US market
Build relationships with NetSuite users, ecommerce companies, ERP consultants and technology partners
Prospect through LinkedIn, email, phone, referrals and industry networks
Qualify prospects and identify genuine business problems
Conduct initial discovery and commercial conversations
Work with the founder/technical team on solution discussions
Develop and manage a qualified sales pipeline
Prepare and follow up on proposals
Negotiate and close consulting engagements
Build referral and channel partnerships
Maintain accurate pipeline information and sales activity
Help refine Syntara's ideal customer profile, messaging and sales process

What We're Looking ForRequired

Proven experience selling B2B technology, consulting or professional services
Strong consultative selling skills
Experience selling into the US market
Ability to independently prospect and create opportunities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to speak credibly with business and technical decision-makers
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in an early-stage environment
Comfortable with performance-based compensation

Experience selling NetSuite services
Experience selling ERP consulting
Experience selling integration services
Experience working with Celigo, and OIC or similar integration platforms
Existing relationships within the NetSuite / ERP ecosystem
Experience selling projects ranging from approximately $5K to $50K+
Experience building a sales function from an early stage
