About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Inside Sales Team Lead to join our fast-growing healthcare startup. You will manage, mentor, and drive a team of 8 to 10 Inside Sales Executives, taking full ownership of team targets, pipeline conversion, and call quality.

This is an on-site leadership position that requires daily hands-on coaching on the floor. The entire interview process will be conducted in-person (face-to-face).

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Coaching (Floor Management)

Manage daily floor operations, conduct morning huddles, and drive daily activity targets (call volumes, talk time, pitch quality).
Directly mentor, train, and coach a team of 8–10 Inside Sales Executives to improve pitch conversion and objection handling.
Conduct live call monitoring, joint calls, and weekly 1-on-1 feedback sessions.

2. Target Achievement & Revenue Driving

Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual team sales targets.
Step in to assist team members in handling high-value leads, complex patient/client objections, and closing critical deals.
Monitor lead distribution, ensuring zero lead leakage and optimal follow-up SLAs.

3. Data & CRM Operations

Maintain strict CRM hygiene across the team (tracking call status, follow-up dates, deal stages).
Analyze conversion metrics (Lead-to-Connect, Connect-to-Demo/Consultation, Demo-to-Closure) to identify pipeline bottlenecks.
Track daily sales metrics and report performance updates directly to leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years of overall experience in Inside Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead role directly managing a team of 8–10 reps.
Industry Preference: Background in Healthcare, HealthTech, Hospitals, Telemedicine, Wellness, or Medical Services/Devices is strongly preferred.
Work Mode: Must be willing to work 100% from the office (Monday to Saturday / 6-day work week depending on business operational hours).
Selection Process: Must be available for in-person (Face-to-Face) interview rounds at our office.
Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and dialer software.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence (empathy required for healthcare clients), target-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
