Job Title:Senior Project Manager - IT

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – IT to lead and manage critical IT initiatives based out of our Ghansoli/Mahape offices. This role will oversee multiple end-to-end technology projects involving application development, infrastructure modernization, and business process automation—ensuring on-time delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end delivery for client projects.
Lead the execution of IT projects across various domains—applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Engage with internal teams, vendors, and internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Manage budgets, resources, risks, and change requests effectively.
Track and report project progress using dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
Ensure adherence to CMS Info Systems governance, IT compliance, and security frameworks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables and resolve dependencies.
Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in project/program management roles.
Strong experience in delivering large-scale IT projects across domains (applications, infra, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of IT systems and platforms.
