Summary:

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance within the existing technology environment. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and improve application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to support IT service processes.
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices.
Ability to work with APIs and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms and tools to streamline application modifications.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
