We're looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy speaking with people, understanding business needs, and creating qualified sales opportunities for our sales team.

What will you do

Make outbound calls to prospective salon owners and businesses using assigned leads.
Handle inbound enquiries from potential customers in a professional and timely manner.
Introduce Zylu's products and services through a concise and engaging sales pitch.
Understand customer requirements, business challenges, and current software usage.
Qualify leads based on predefined qualification parameters.
Schedule product demonstrations for qualified prospects with the Sales team.
Confirm demo appointments and send timely reminders to maximise attendance.
Follow up with interested prospects until a demo is successfully scheduled.
Handle initial customer objections and answer basic product-related questions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and demo schedules in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and demo bookings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, pre-sales, customer support, or lead generation.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling customer conversations.
Strong listening, questioning, and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections confidently and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
Good organisational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
