The engineer actively participates in refining workflows and enhancing system functionalities to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
Strong understanding of quality management processes and their application within software development.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP Quality Management and other SAP modules.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM).
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
