The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the architectural framework aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align technology strategies.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and cloud-based solutions.
Experience in designing scalable and high-performance enterprise architectures.
Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
