Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

1. Brand & Marketing Strategy

-Own and maintain the brand's luxury positioning, tone of voice, and visual consistency

-Plan monthly and seasonal marketing strategies aligned with wedding seasons, festive calendars, and fashion cycles

-Work closely with founders/leadership to translate business goals into marketing initiatives

2. Social Media Management & Content Planning

-Create and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram and allied platforms

-Deliver high-quality posts per month (reels, carousels, statics, testimonials, BTS, in-store storytelling)

-Oversee Instagram Stories for non-post days with interactive and organic formats

-Ensure content drives brand awareness, showroom visits, and qualified leads

3. Content Creation & Shoot Execution

-Plan and execute in-store and styled content shoots (iPhone-led, real-time content)

-Edit Photos and Videos from the brand's content bank for social media posting

-Capture behind-the-scenes, craftsmanship, fittings, client journeys, and wedding stories

-Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors when needed

Who We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

Strong interest in fashion, luxury, weddings, or lifestyle brands

Good visual sense and understanding of Instagram aesthetics

Comfortable shooting content on phone and being present on shoot days

Basic knowledge of Instagram reels, stories, trends & formats

Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

Skills:

-Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.)

-Prior experience with a fashion, wedding, or retail brand

-Understanding of Instagram insights or ad creatives
