Deepsolv is building AI-native products that help brands make better creative decisions. Our platform combines GenAI, agentic workflows, and large-scale data processing to help marketing teams create, test, and optimize high-performing creatives.

We're looking for a Business Development / Sales Intern to work closely with our GTM team and take ownership of the inbound sales process.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role. Your primary responsibility will be to take the calls that are booked for Deepsolv, understand the prospect's requirements, qualify the opportunity, and manage the relationship through follow-ups until the next step or conversion.

You'll be one of the first people a potential Deepsolv customer speaks to, so strong communication, curiosity, persistence, and attention to detail are critical.

The role will also involve managing the entire lead flow through our CRM and using AI and automation to stay on top of prospects and follow-ups. This closely reflects the responsibilities and workflow outlined in our existing Business Development Intern application.

What You'll Do

Take inbound qualification calls with prospects who have booked time to learn about Deepsolv.
Understand the prospect's business, current challenges, requirements, and whether Deepsolv is a relevant fit.
Conduct initial product walkthroughs and explain Deepsolv's value proposition clearly.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, or other relevant channels.
Move qualified prospects through the sales process and ensure no promising lead goes cold.
Schedule demos, onboarding calls, or follow-up meetings with the relevant team members.
Maintain accurate lead information, call notes, follow-up dates, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
Track every active prospect and proactively follow up based on the next action.
Use AI and automation to improve prospect follow-ups, CRM management, research, and repetitive workflows.
Share recurring objections, customer feedback, and insights with the GTM and product teams.
Continuously improve the qualification and follow-up process based on what you learn from prospects.

What We're Looking For

Strong spoken and written English and confidence speaking with clients on live calls.
Comfortable communicating with business owners, founders, marketers, and other decision-makers.
Strong follow-up discipline — you should be comfortable reaching out multiple times without being pushy.
Curious mindset with the ability to ask good questions and understand a customer's problem.
Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Willingness to learn sales, SaaS, AI, and performance marketing.
Comfortable working with CRMs and learning new sales tools quickly.
Interest in using AI and automation to improve how sales work.
Prior experience in sales, business development, customer-facing roles, or a startup is a plus, but not mandatory.

Good to Have

Experience taking customer/client calls.
Experience with CRM or lead management.
Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Apollo, HubSpot, Attio, or similar.
Previous internship or experience at a startup or early-stage company.
