Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and development activities to support evolving business demands and improve application efficiency, all while managing multiple tasks across different projects in a dynamic environment.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on development practices.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
Experience in developing and debugging complex application components within SAP environments.
Strong understanding of database concepts and integration with SAP HANA.
Ability to optimize code for performance and scalability in enterprise applications.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and version control systems.
Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
