Summary:

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. This role requires working closely with users and clients to identify and resolve issues efficiently, whether remotely or onsite. The practitioner follows established procedures and operating models to maintain service reliability and quality. Daily activities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring smooth operation of infrastructure components to support organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain service continuity.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor and report on system health and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams promptly.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
Experience with managing and supporting cloud-based collaboration tools and services within Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networks, and operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application platforms and system integrations.
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist users effectively.
Good communication skills to interact with diverse teams and users.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
