Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with stakeholder expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP GRC modules to meet organizational compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and their application within SAP environments.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective SAP GRC solutions.
Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP GRC and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP GRC implementations and operations.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
