Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools to track system health and performance.
Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and provide updates to stakeholders.
Familiarity with business-critical application environments and their integration points.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
