Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks.
Ability to apply agile methodologies effectively in software development projects.
Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of applications to ensure scalability.
Experience in integrating software components across diverse systems to achieve seamless functionality.
Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within software applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
