Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Assistant Vice President – Sales with extensive experience in recruitment and IT services business development within the Singapore market. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition, revenue growth, and account management, with a strong focus on technology hiring and IT service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business development across IT services (Microsoft, AWS and Quality Engineering) in the Singapore region

• Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts to achieve revenue and billing targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Identify opportunities across project-based hiring, IT services engagements, and any staffing needs

• Lead the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, solutioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure

• Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfilment and client satisfaction

• Develop strategies to penetrate and grow accounts in AI, ML, QA, Cloud, and emerging tech domains

• Track market trends and provide insights to drive competitive positioning and growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT services sales/business development in Singapore

• Proven success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and account growth

• Experience in selling cloud technologies across Microsoft and AWS

• Strong understanding of IT services (T&M, Fixed Price, Managed Services)

• Domain knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, QA/Testing, and Cloud technologies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong network within the Singapore IT and recruitment ecosystem

• Experience handling enterprise and mid-market clients

• Leadership or team handling experience is a plus
