Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
Strong experience in customizing and extending ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to work with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues within integrated systems.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
