Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align process design with strategic goals.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
Strong analytical skills to assess and design business processes that meet organizational needs.
Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
Familiarity with process modeling techniques and tools to visualize and communicate process designs.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify challenges and develop practical solutions within process frameworks.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
