Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong expertise in corporate secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, including Indian and overseas entity governance requirements. Hands-on experience in preparing, reviewing, and filing statutory forms and disclosures with MCA, ROC, and other regulatory authorities. Proficient in drafting agendas, notices, minutes, resolutions, and governance documentation for board, committee, and shareholder meetings. Working knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and allied corporate regulations to support compliance, advisory, and regulatory matters. Ability to support corporate transactions, due diligence, and regulatory audits while managing multiple client engagements with accuracy and tight timelines.
