Responsibilities

Handle tender-related activities for water distribution, drainage and firefighting systems
Plan and design internal and external plumbing systems for industrial and commercial buildings
Prepare detailed scopes of work for external consultants, contractors, and site teams
Review and validate designs submitted by consultants to ensure compliance with project requirements
Coordinate effectively with site teams, consultants, and other internal departments
Ensure timely completion of projects within stipulated timelines while maintaining cost efficiency

What are we looking for

Should have thorough knowledge of water supply and drainage systems for high-rise buildings, as well as commercial and industrial projects
Strong expertise in infrastructure - external drainage, water supply systems, fire fighting system - hydrant and sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
Knowledge of tendering, costing, budgeting, and estimation will be an added advantage.
Possess working knowledge of relevant Indian Standards, codes, and statutory requirements.
Basic Working knowledge of STP and ETP
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design software
