Sales Executive - Premium Real Estate (Site-Based)

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for prospective buyers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience. From conducting engaging site visits to nurturing leads and closing sales, you will own the customer's journey and represent the Ikigai Estates brand with professionalism, warmth and confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, values meaningful customer interactions and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome prospective customers and deliver a premium site visit experience.
Conduct engaging project presentations and site walkthroughs.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable plots based on their lifestyle and investment goals.
Clearly articulate the project's vision, master plan, amenities, approvals, location advantages and long-term investment potential.
Build strong relationships with prospective customers through timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp and email.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle-from enquiry to booking and handover to the post-sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM.
Work closely with the marketing and leadership teams to maximise lead conversion.
Consistently achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
Prior experience in real estate is preferred, though candidates from luxury automotive, premium hospitality, banking, wealth management or other consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Excellent spoken English and Kannada. Hindi is an added advantage.
Well-presented, articulate and confident, with strong interpersonal skills.
A customer-first mindset with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of managing the sales process independently.
Willing to work from the project site in Chikkaballapur.
Comfortable working on weekends, with weekly offs on weekdays.
