Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
Experience with container orchestration and management using Red Hat OpenShift platform.
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline software delivery processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in distributed systems environments.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Red Hat OpenShift.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
