About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive - Solutions who can lead strategic solutioning for new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and consulting skills, with the ability to develop integrated solutions that address client objectives and drive business growth.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

-Strategic Solutioning & Planning

● Understand client business objectives, brand challenges, and growth opportunities to develop strategic business solutions.

● Analyze client businesses, competitors, consumer insights, and market trends to recommend integrated marketing and communication strategies.

● Lead the development of solution frameworks that align client requirements with Schbang's capabilities.

-Business Opportunity Assessment

● Partner with the Business Development team to evaluate and qualify new business opportunities.

● Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business challenges and strategic objectives.

● Define project scope, solution approach, commercials, and timelines for new business proposals.

-Proposal Development & Client Pitching

● Develop high-impact proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and commercially viable business solutions.

● Lead strategic presentations and solution discussions with clients during the pitching process.

-Market Research & Insights

● Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and strengthen strategic recommendations.

● Stay updated with evolving consumer behavior, business trends, and the digital ecosystem to enhance solution offerings.

-Cross-functional Collaboration

● Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing, Finance, and Leadership teams to ensure solutions are strategically robust and commercially feasible.

● Ensure a seamless transition from business acquisition to project execution by coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Skills Required:

● 2-4 years of experience in Integrated Solutions, Business Development, Strategy, Brand Planning, Brand Solution, preferably within a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency.

● Strong understanding of brand strategy, business planning, and integrated marketing solutions.

● Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a consultative approach.

● Proven experience in creating winning proposals, pitch decks, and strategic presentations.

● Ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast paced
