Role Purpose:

The Operations Executive will support the Operations Account Management (OAM) function within DP

World's Global Service Centre, delivering accurate, timely reporting and analysis for ocean and air

freight forwarding accounts across Europe. The role requires strong ownership of customer KPI

reporting, dashboarding, and data quality, with the ability to work directly with regional & global

stakeholders as the OAM function scales.

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Manager- GSC Finance

Key Role Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain customer-facing and internal reports (shipment status, TEU conversion, invoicing, KPI dashboards) for assigned Europe accounts.
Build and maintain multi-sheet performance dashboards (e.g. Air/Ocean Freight leadership dashboards) with high data accuracy.
Identify and resolve data quality issues before reports are shared with stakeholders.
Track report ownership, turnaround time, and accuracy against agreed SLAs and on-time delivery targets.
Liaise directly with regional commercial and operations stakeholders to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
Support knowledge transfer and process documentation to reduce single-point-of-failure risk within the team.
Contribute to ad-hoc analysis as required by account leads.
Escalate risks or recurring issues to the Operations Manager with proposed solutions, not just problem statements.

Skills & Competencies:

High attention to detail and ownership of data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues rather than wait for direction.
Strong written and verbal communication for direct stakeholder interaction across time zones.
Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling, still-forming team structure.

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in ocean/air freight forwarding operations, customer program management, or logistics reporting.
Working knowledge of freight forwarding terminology and documents
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, multi-sheet workbooks) Power BI or similar dashboarding tool is a plus.
Prior exposure to European trade lanes and customer KPI reporting preferred
