Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that meet business requirements.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles.
Experience in customizing software solutions to meet complex business processes.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between systems.
