As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and adapt applications to changing needs is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Experience in developing and customizing user interfaces using component-based architecture.
Strong understanding of client-side scripting and asynchronous programming techniques.
Familiarity with integrating external services through APIs and managing data flow.
Ability to optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
