You will own the social media analytics workstream for global clients, leading the development of measurement frameworks, audience intelligence, and content performance analysis. You will act as a subject matter expert in social intelligence, combining platform data with social listening insights to deliver a holistic view of brand health and content effectiveness. You will guide junior analysts and collaborate closely with content, media, and strategy teams.

What are we looking for Total 6-8 years of experience; 4+ years in social media analytics, digital analytics, or audience intelligence Expert-level use of social listening and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meltwater, Pulsar, or similar) Strong experience across native social analytics platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X) Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau for building social media dashboards Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with large unstructured social datasets Strong understanding of paid and organic social KPIs, attribution models, and content performance metrics Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline analytics workflows, and enhance operational efficiency Excellent data storytelling and executive-level communication skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or a related field; Master s preferred SQL or Python for data extraction, automation, and social API integrations Experience with social media API data extraction (Meta Graph API, YouTube Data API) Knowledge of influencer marketing analytics and creator performance benchmarking Familiarity with NLP tools for sentiment analysis and topic modelling

Roles and Responsibilities: Design and own social media measurement frameworks - defining KPIs, reporting cadences, and success benchmarks aligned to client marketing objectives Lead cross-platform social analytics, synthesizing data from multiple social channels into integrated performance views Conduct advanced audience intelligence analyses - profiling brand communities, identifying key audience segments, and tracking audience sentiment over time Develop social listening programs to monitor brand mentions, competitive activity, and emerging trends at scale Build and deliver executive-level social media performance dashboards with clear visualizations and narrative insight Lead content performance analytics - identifying high-performing content themes, formats, and publishing strategies Design and analyze paid social campaign measurement including attribution, frequency analysis, and ROAS tracking Perform competitive intelligence analyses to benchmark brand performance and identify differentiation opportunities Mentor junior analysts in social data tools, analytical techniques, and insight communication Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable social data ingestion and reporting pipelines
