Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain production-grade cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

Lead implementation of complex UI flows, navigation patterns, and reusable component libraries with a focus on scalability and consistency.

Integrate GraphQL APIs, define efficient queries/mutations, and ensure robust client-side data handling and caching.

Drive mobile app performance improvements (rendering, startup time, memory usage) and ensure smooth user experiences across devices.

Collaborate with backend teams to align GraphQL schemas and client requirements, improving API usability and reliability.

Ensure code quality through clean architecture, unit/integration testing, and thorough code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, including crash analysis and release hotfixes.

Mentor engineers, guide best practices, and contribute to technical decision-making and delivery planning.

Participate in release management, app store submissions, and continuous improvement of CI/CD and development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing scalable mobile architectures and establishing patterns for state management, networking, and modularization.

Strong knowledge of GraphQL client strategies (caching, pagination, optimistic updates) and schema-driven development practices.

Hands-on experience with automated testing strategies for React Native apps (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and improving test coverage.

Experience improving developer productivity via tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and release automation for mobile applications.

Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, ownership of critical modules, and driving engineering best practices across teams. Good to have skills: TypeScript, Redux, Apollo Client, Jest, Firebase

Minimum Qualifications:

9â€11 years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in React Native.

Proven experience building and shipping mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.

Strong proficiency with GraphQL integration in mobile apps, including query/mutation design and error handling.

Solid understanding of mobile fundamentals: performance optimization, debugging, and platform-specific considerations.

Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and delivering features reliably in production environments.
