As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and delivering timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Experience in scripting and automation to enhance support efficiency.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
