Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a multidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

EYP is looking for a suitable member for our team in Strategy practice. The role provides an opportunity to be part of the team which assist businesses in setting strategic goals and identifying the steps to meet them, analyse industry dynamics such as market size, growth, and share of leading competitors, identify the business unique competitive advantage and help create alignment among all business units and functions to support and enhance this positioning. Team offers clients with Business Model Reinvention, New Market Entry Opportunities and Digital Strategy and Innovation Your key responsibilities . Client service delivery/execution . Lead the delivery and execution of high-quality deliverables, managing service quality, brand, and client expectations. . Build and maintain strong relationships with client personnel, ensuring quality client services. . Conceptualize the overall solution for a given client problem . Lead the engagement team to deliver client objectives . Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes . Review deliverables prepared by the team . Manage project, engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization . Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations . Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services . Knowledge Management . Contribute to brand development by writing articles, developing thought leadership and point-of-views . Contribute to knowledge development and management . Business development: . Manage client accounts, build professional relationships, and meet business development targets by identifying new opportunities with existing clients. . Demonstrate significant industry and solution expertise to enhance business solutions. . Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise . People Management . Be a strong team player . Build a strong team and be a strong role model, mentor and coach . Assist in resolving people issues . Support people development through guidance and feedback . The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time
