As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications while serving as the main liaison for project communication. This role requires overseeing the progress of application development, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions align with project goals. The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and decision-making to drive the successful delivery of software products, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication channels between technical teams and stakeholders to enhance collaboration.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
Experience in designing scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts including networking, storage, and security within AWS environments.
Ability to implement best practices for cloud architecture, including cost optimization and performance tuning.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools and automation techniques to streamline deployment processes.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
