Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Adobe Target implementations and optimization programs across A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization use cases.

• Partner with stakeholders to define experimentation roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritization aligned to business objectives.

• Design strong test hypotheses, create test plans, and ensure statistically sound execution and interpretation of results.

• Configure and deliver activities in Adobe Target (audiences, offers, experiences, targeting rules), ensuring accuracy and performance.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement Target via at.js / Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK patterns and validate deployments.

• Establish QA processes for experiments, including cross-browser/device validation and pre/post-release checks.

• Analyze outcomes, document learnings, and present insights and recommendations to business and technical audiences.

• Drive continuous improvement of experimentation operations, including templates, governance, and best practices.

• Work in Agile delivery cycles—participating in planning, grooming, standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.

• Mentor junior team members and provide consultative guidance on personalization strategy and experimentation design.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree (BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA, MBA, MSc) or equivalent practical experience.

• 5–9 years of experience delivering digital optimization/personalization initiatives with strong hands-on Adobe Target expertise.

• Proven experience creating and managing A/B and multivariate tests, including defining KPIs and interpreting results.

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience delivering within Agile teams.

• Strong communication skills to translate business goals into executable experimentation and personalization solutions.
