Lead end-to-end Marketo implementations and enhancements, including program architecture, channels, tags, and scalable templates.
Design and optimize lead lifecycle frameworks (lead capture, scoring, routing, nurture, and re-engagement) aligned to business objectives.
Build and maintain automation using Smart Campaigns, triggers, filters, tokens, and segmentation for personalized experiences. Email Automation & Campaign Execution
Create and optimize email programs, nurtures, and drip campaigns with strong deliverability and engagement practices.
Develop modular email and landing page assets, ensuring brand consistency and efficient reuse across teams.
Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, cadence, and audience targeting to improve performance metrics. Operations, Governance & Performance
Establish governance standards for naming conventions, folder structures, program hygiene, and documentation.
Troubleshoot automation issues, data flow problems, and campaign logic to ensure reliable execution.
Build dashboards and reporting views to track funnel performance, campaign influence, and operational KPIs. Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Partner with marketing, sales operations, and leadership to gather requirements and translate them into Marketo solutions.
Drive delivery using Agile practices—planning, prioritization, sprint execution, and iterative improvements.
Mentor junior team members and guide best practices across automation and campaign operations. Minimum Qualifications:
5–9 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in Marketo and marketing automation delivery.
Proven experience building email automation programs, nurture journeys, and segmentation-based targeting in Marketo.
Solid understanding of lead management concepts including scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and attribution fundamentals.
Experience working in Agile delivery models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
