Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with integration of business planning solutions within enterprise environments.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components.
Familiarity with data modeling and process optimization in planning systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
