Role: HR Trainee

About the Role

Vroutes HR is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure across core HR functions with structured training for a period of 3 months. High-performing trainees will be absorbed into a full-time role as Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) upon successful completion of the training program.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
Support HR operations such as onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HRMIS updates
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for HR-related requirements
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communications
Support compliance-related documentation and HR reports
Learn and adhere to HR policies, processes, and best practices
Provide general HR administrative support as required

Eligibility & Skills

MBA / BBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced HR services environment
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and client teams

Compensation

Training Stipend: 15,000 per month (for 3 months)
Post-Training CTC: 2.4 LPA – 3 LPA (based on performance and role fitment)

Work Location & Commute Requirement

This role is based at Medical Device Park, IDBL, Sultanpur (Near Patancheru), Hyderabad
No public transportation is available; candidates must be able to commute independently
