Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the coordination of cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Mentor junior team members to foster professional development and enhance team capabilities.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
Strong knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and their application in business analytics.
Experience with data manipulation and preparation to support advanced analytical methods.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
Familiarity with statistical programming languages and analytical software tools.
