Roles & Responsibilities:

troubleshooting complex issues, implementing solutions, and providing technical guidance to clients and team members.
play a key role in optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance, and contributing to the development of best practices and documentation.

work in shift rotation 24/7 and handle on-call support .

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

strong foundation in Quintiq, coupled with experience in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA Quintiq.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within integrated systems.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-oriented solutions.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
