Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with coding best practices and version control systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues effectively.
Familiarity with integration techniques and API development within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
