The Relationship Manager - Secured Direct will be responsible for managing a portfolio of secured direct lending clients, fostering strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability for the company.

Responsibilities:**

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing secured direct lending clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
Proactively identify and acquire new secured direct lending clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on prospective and existing clients to assess creditworthiness and identify potential risks.
Structure and negotiate complex secured lending deals, ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk appetite.
Monitor client portfolios, track performance, and proactively address any issues or opportunities.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless client service and efficient deal execution.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the secured direct lending space.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management on portfolio performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in relationship management or business development within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on secured lending or direct lending.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients.
Excellent understanding of secured lending products, credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk management principles.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain rapport with clients at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
