As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure web applications meet quality and performance standards.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
Strong knowledge of web application development and testing methodologies.
Experience in documenting technical designs and specifications clearly and comprehensively.
Ability to research and integrate updated content effectively into web platforms.
Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting web-based applications.
Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
