Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain application performance and reliability.
Document design specifications and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials.
Strong knowledge of financial modules within Oracle EBS and their integration with other business processes.
Experience in customizing and configuring Oracle EBS applications to meet unique business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle EBS.
Familiarity with Oracle database concepts and SQL for effective data manipulation and reporting.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
