About the Role

Superpen is a LinkedIn growth agency that works mostly with US-based founders and helps them build a presence that brings inbound leads, fundraising conversations, and hiring reach.

We need someone who has already run B2B paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, writes the copy that makes those campaigns work, brings in leads our team is actually happy to talk to, and then gets on the call and takes the deal home. You own the accounts, the budget, the pipeline, and the numbers that come out the other side.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
Run both static and video ads, and know which one the format and the platform actually call for
Write copy for every ad type we run, from short hooks to long-form landing page sections
Write and test creatives, hooks, and landing pages until the numbers move
Watch the accounts every single day and make changes based on what the data says
Filter for lead quality, since a cheap lead that never books a call costs us money
Set up calls with US clients, run the conversation, and close the deal yourself when it makes sense
Report on ROAS, CAC, and LTV so we always know what each channel is worth
Work with our founders and content team to keep the paid side and the organic side pointed at the same buyer

Requirements

Hands-on experience running ads on all three platforms, Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, not just one of them
That experience has to be in B2B
At least 3 years running paid campaigns with your own budget ownership
Real numbers you can point to across all three platforms
A portfolio of ad copy you wrote yourself, ideally with the performance data attached
Experience shipping both static and video creative, and comfort briefing or editing video without waiting weeks on an agency
Comfort with tracking setup, pixels, UTMs, and attribution that survives a messy funnel
Excellent spoken and written English that holds up on a live call with a US founder
Confidence on a sales call, since you will be booking, running, and closing deals that your own ads created
Someone who checks accounts daily and makes small adjustments instead of waiting for the monthly review
Bonus if you have run B2B campaigns for agencies or sold into the US market before
