Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations Executive to provide end-to-end support to our sales team in Singapore.

This role will work closely with the sales team, internal departments, distributors, retailers and other third-party partners to ensure that sales opportunities, channel onboarding and day-to-day commercial activities are followed through efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Lead & Channel Support

. Follow up on sales leads and opportunities across both online and offline channels.

. Support the sales team in preparing quotations, product information, presentations, proposals and other sales materials.

. Coordinate submission of product information, vendor registration, channel onboarding documents and other required materials.

. Track outstanding items and ensure timely follow-up with customers, retailers, distributors and partners.

. Support the sales team throughout the sales process to ensure opportunities are properly followed through.

2. Retail & Consignment Support

. Support the identification and sourcing of potential retail stores, clinics and other relevant sales channels in Singapore.

. Coordinate store visits and assist with retail account follow-ups where required.

. Maintain and monitor consignment inventory records across different retail locations.

. Coordinate stock replenishment, stock movement and inventory reconciliation with relevant parties.

3. Product Registration & Market Readiness

. Coordinate the necessary preparations for products to be sold in Singapore.

. Support regulatory and administrative submissions, including relevant HSA notifications / registrations, where applicable.

. Maintain product documentation and ensure required regulatory, commercial and channel-related documents are properly organised and up to date.

. Coordinate with suppliers, regulatory consultants and internal teams to ensure products are ready for market launch.

4. Cross-functional Coordination

. Act as a key coordination point between the sales team, internal departments and external partners.

. Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, regulatory, distributors and other third parties to support sales activities.

. Follow up on timelines, deliverables and outstanding issues to ensure smooth execution.

. Provide day-to-day operational support to help the sales team focus on business development and revenue generation.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations or a related field.

. 1-3 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, account coordination or a similar role is preferred.

. Experience in beauty, skincare, supplements, healthcare, FMCG or retail would be an advantage.

. Strong organisational and follow-up skills with good attention to detail.

. Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several tasks simultaneously.

. Good written and spoken English Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage for communication with regional partners.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.

. Proactive, resourceful and willing to take ownership of tasks from start to completion.
